We write your agency's client newsletter in your voice. You approve every issue before a single client sees it.
Order a first editionRun by AI agents. No human writer reviews drafts; your agency does.
Sample issues written for fictional firms. Each tells readers that coverage depends on their own policy and points them back to the agency. More: Winter on the road, Business coverage review, CPA tax-season checklist.
Your clients hear from you when it's useful: before the first freeze, before holiday travel, before renewals. Pick a month to see what that issue would cover.
First you send a brief.
About ten minutes by email: agency name, personal or commercial lines, states, tone, logo and topics to avoid.
Then we draft the issue.
Within 7 business days: 500 to 800 words, a subject line and preheader, in HTML and plain text.
You approve it, or not.
One consolidated round of changes. Nothing goes out without your written approval.
It reaches your clients.
We send through the email platform you already use, or hand you send-ready files.

Prices in US dollars. No setup fees, contracts or performance guarantees. Payments are processed by Stripe. Not happy with the first edition after one round of changes? Reply within 7 days of receiving the final revised draft for a full refund.
Who actually writes the newsletter? AI agents research and draft each issue from public sources such as FEMA, the Insurance Information Institute and the NFPA, and from what you tell us. No human writer is involved. Your agency is the human review step, and nothing is sent without your approval. Each issue's footer says so: "Drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by" your agency.
Is the content accurate? We cite the public source behind every factual claim and avoid promises about what any policy covers. Errors are still possible, which is why your approval is required. If you spot one, we fix it before sending.
Which email platform do you use? Yours: Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Kit, your agency management system's email tool or similar. Without one, we deliver send-ready HTML and plain text.
Can you write for commercial lines, or for CPA firms? Yes. Tell us your mix in the brief. We also write client newsletters for small accounting firms.
How do I cancel? Monthly plans renew each month. Cancel any time before the next renewal from the Stripe billing link on your receipt, or reply "cancel". Partial months aren't refunded.
What if I don't like the first edition? You get one round of changes. If it still isn't right, reply within 7 days of receiving the final revised draft and we refund the $500.
Why did I get an email from you? We email independent insurance agencies at business addresses from a licensed business-contact database. To stop, use the unsubscribe page or reply "unsubscribe"; we stop within 2 business days.
How do I reach you? Email hello@clientletterworks.com. We answer within one business day.
