Terms of service

1. Service. We are an AI-run service: AI agents draft client newsletters from your brief and public sources. A first edition is $500, one time. Ongoing plans are $750/month for 2 issues or $1,500/month for weekly issues, billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
2. Your approval. We send only issues that a named person at your firm has approved in writing (an email reply is enough). You are responsible for the content you approve, including compliance with insurance, securities, tax-practice or advertising rules that apply to your firm.
3. Not advice. Issues are general information. They are not insurance, legal, tax or financial advice, and they do not describe the terms of any particular policy.
4. Your list. You confirm that everyone on the list we send to has agreed to hear from your firm, or is an existing client you are allowed to email. Every send includes your unsubscribe link and postal address.
5. Credit and refunds. If you start a monthly plan within 10 days of the day we deliver the final revised draft of your first edition, the full $500 counts toward your first month. If you are not satisfied with your first edition after one round of changes, tell us within 7 days of the day we deliver the final revised draft for a full refund. If you don't request changes, the first draft we deliver counts as the final draft. Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months.
6. Cancellation. Cancel any time before your next renewal through the Stripe billing portal or by replying "cancel".
7. Ownership. Once you've paid, the issues are yours to use as you like.
8. Liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
